The Client

Hacktiv8 is a bootcamp organization dedicated to turning novices into proficient digital professionals in areas such as Fullstack Development, Data Science, Performance Marketing, and Golang Development. We offer both remote and in-person classes across Jakarta, Tangerang, and Surabaya. Since our inception in 2016, we've successfully graduated over 1,600 alumni. Notably, Hacktiv8 is Asia's inaugural coding bootcamp listed on the Council on Integrity Results Reporting (CIRR), a worldwide non-profit institution that establishes a uniform framework for assessing and disclosing student achievements.

Challenge

The Hacktiv8 Hiring Portal is a convenient platform designed to simplify the process of recruiters discovering skilled developers. It serves as a centralized portal for recruiters, granting them direct access to job applicants' details to assess whether their qualifications align with their needs.

Our Solution

Candidate recruitment often proves to be a time-consuming and challenging task. Consequently, we contributed to the creation of a single portal, facilitating recruiters and the entire Hacktiv8 team in selecting the best candidates. We improved the platform's UI/UX to enhance accessibility and overall usability.
