Fleedu: Enhance Early Learning Quickly

The target or end user of Fleedu is preschools from the parents' side and also their staff and for now, from the staff's side, in doing their work, it is still all manual so a lot of time and effort is wasted on managing preschools such as administration for new students, making reports, billing, and managing the preschool as a whole.

The problem may be more towards the management of this preschool which is still not widely found out there, so it is necessary to create features that can solve the issue and also make it user friendly.

The solution offered is to create an application system on the web/desktop and mobile app for staff, where for detailed needs staff such as making reports staff can use the desktop and for things like monitoring children's daily activities such as attendance and activities can be done on the mobile app to make their work easier. For parents, there is a mobile app where they can see their child's progress without having to be confused about storing evidence because everything is stored in one place.

From this project, I learned how to understand complex tasks or requirements and how to simplify them for user application. The entire process was quite pleasant for me, from designing something relatively new in the form of an interface for managing preschools to collaborating with the product manager and the client.
